Are you looking for a flat, commercial space or house? To let, buy or sell? Fine! Here we update which spaces and properties are available on a daily basis.
In addition, you can use our interactive location map to find out where in Berlin we manage houses and can thus specify your “desired address”.
If you are interested in one of our vacant flats, simply call us or send an email and we will arrange a viewing appointment with you. In general, we plan fixed viewing appointments every Saturday but are also happy to arrange another appointment with you. Call us or write an email, we look forward to hearing from you.

Application
When you have viewed one of our flats and want to apply to rent it, please complete the application form in full. We want to get to know you better from the information you provide.
In order to make your flat application complete we also require the following information and documents from you:
- A certificate stating that you do not owe any rent (from your current building manger or landlord)
- Evidence of your current income/payslip
- Schufa notification (if you do not agree to us obtaining one on the questionnaire)
- A copy of your passport
Please mail, fax or post the documents to us. We will then contact you quickly to clarify pending issues, request additional documents or invite you to sign the rental contract. Of course we are happy to answer any questions you may have.
